• Domestic (India): we currently ship across India.
• International: we do not offer international shipping at this time — it's on our roadmap.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Standard Shipping: estimated delivery within 2–5 business days across India, depending on your pincode.

• Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• For other orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
• Shipping charges and COD (Cash on Delivery) convenience fees are service-related costs and are non-refundable.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification by email/WhatsApp with a real-time tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Jiza The Label is not responsible for misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or logistics disruptions may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you promptly and share updated delivery estimates.

If your shipment arrives damaged or goes missing, please reach out immediately via our Contact Us page. We will coordinate with our courier partners to arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, reshipping or restocking fees may apply.
