Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued exclusively as gift cards (store credit).
- Store credit (coupon codes valid for 30 days) is provided only for items lost in transit or damaged during shipping (unboxing video required).
- Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
- Store credit does not cover size-related issues or change of mind.
Gift Card Details
Issuance
Within 24 hours of us receiving your return parcel.
Delivery
Digital gift card sent via email/SMS.
Validity
Valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Value
Sale value of the product only — shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered for size only. Please note:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos of the product with tags are required.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- An exchange fee of ₹199 applies (covers reverse pickup and delivery).
- Exchanges take 6–7 working days to complete.
- A maximum of one exchange per order is allowed.
- Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange.
- If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer product alternatives or store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
For damaged or wrong product claims, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.
Your unboxing video must show:
The sealed package, the full unboxing, and clear documentation of the damage. Items that are used, washed, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Logistics & Pickups
Reverse pickup is available for most pincodes. If your area is unserviceable, you may self-ship the product; once it passes our quality check, we will add ₹150 to your store credit as shipping compensation.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, the standard return and exchange policy applies.
